TYS vs RSGC
TYS Season Opener
The York School’s Junior Varsity Basketball team started the season with a home opener on Monday December 9th to a bleacher filled with devoted fans. The team was set against a promising Royal St. George College roster. TYS paired the RSGC first three point shot with an equal response. Still. The RSGC team led the game, although the TYS team held them at 28 points for most of the third quarter as they added points to the score board. TYS gained 29 by the end of the game while RSGC finished with 45 points. Miles led the team with 12 points in the first quarter alone. Everyone played an important role on the team and learned a lot from the experience to bring to future games.
